Managing your subscription and upgrading your plan

Learn how to upgrade to Chik+ or Chik+ Teams, manage your active subscription, and understand what changes when you switch plans.

Ready to unlock the full Chik experience? Upgrading your plan takes just a few clicks and gives you instant access to client dashboards, time tracking, contracts, notes, and team collaboration.

How to upgrade your plan

  1. Go to Settings: Click Settings in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.
  2. Open your Profile: Navigate to Account → Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click the Manage Billing button. This will take you to your billing portal, powered by Polar.
  4. Choose your plan: Select either Chik+ Lifetime ($57, one-time) for solo freelancers, or Chik+ Teams Lifetime ($97, one-time) if you need to collaborate with team members.

Which plan is right for me?

  • Chik Basic (Free): Task management only. Great for getting started.
  • Chik+ Lifetime ($57): Everything — client dashboards, time tracking, contracts, and notes. One payment, forever.
  • Chik+ Teams Lifetime ($97): Everything in Chik+, plus the ability to invite up to 15 team members and let them log their hours.
