How to update your credit card or download past invoices

Need to update your payment method or grab a receipt? All billing details for Chik are managed through Polar, our payment provider.

Chik uses Polar as its payment provider, which means all billing-related actions — updating your card, downloading invoices, or reviewing past payments — happen directly in the Polar customer portal.

How to access your billing portal

  1. Go to Settings: Click Settings in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.
  2. Open your Profile: Navigate to Account → Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click the Manage Billing button.
  4. You'll be redirected to your Polar billing portal, where you can update your payment method and download any past invoices.

Note: Since Chik+ is a one-time lifetime purchase, there are no recurring charges to manage. The billing portal is mainly useful for downloading your purchase receipt.
