How to update your credit card or download past invoices
Need to update your payment method or grab a receipt? All billing details for Chik are managed through Polar, our payment provider.

Chik uses Polar as its payment provider, which means all billing-related actions — updating your card, downloading invoices, or reviewing past payments — happen directly in the Polar customer portal.
How to access your billing portal
- Go to Settings: Click Settings in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.
- Open your Profile: Navigate to Account → Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and click the Manage Billing button.
- You'll be redirected to your Polar billing portal, where you can update your payment method and download any past invoices.
Note: Since Chik+ is a one-time lifetime purchase, there are no recurring charges to manage. The billing portal is mainly useful for downloading your purchase receipt.
