How to change your email address or password

Need to update your login details? Here's how to change your email address or password directly from your Chik profile settings.

Keeping your login details up to date is quick and easy. Both your email address and password can be changed from the same place in Chik.

How to update your email or password

  1. Go to Settings: Click Settings in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.
  2. Open your Profile: Navigate to Account → Profile.
  3. Update your email address or password in the relevant fields and save your changes.

Note: Chik currently supports email and password login only. Social login (e.g. Google) is on the roadmap and coming soon.
