The signing process, step by step
Here's exactly what your client will go through when they receive a contract from you:
- They receive an email with a secure, unique link to their contract.
- They open the link on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop — and review the contract in full.
- They enter their full legal name as their electronic signature.
- They receive a one-time passcode (OTP) by email to verify their identity.
- They enter the OTP and the signature is confirmed. Chik handles the rest server-side.
The entire process takes under two minutes and requires no Chik account, no app, and no software installation.
